The Patriot League saw a quarterfinal round earlier in the week that saw the favorites win handily. Bucknell, Army and Lafayette all advanced with 16 point plus victories while Lehigh defeated Colgate by 7. With the wins, the top 4 seeds will square off in what should be a semifinal round worth watching on Saturday.
The stars came out in the quarterfinals that were played at campus sites. Mike Muscala led Bucknell with 15 points and 13 rebounds and Gabe Knutson had 21 points to lead Lehigh. These are two names that had a strong presence in last season's post season action, look for them to once again make an impact on whether their teams advance.
